You may come to find yourself going to a nice college and in it for the experience, but the cost seems to drive it’s way into your mind. Yes it may be easier if you have lots of money or a very generous sugar mama but let’s get more realistic. Learn to do without when it comes to some luxuries. Don’t spend your money giving in to consumerism year round, save that for Christmas. Get a roommate to help pay the rent and put the money you save towards your student loans. Look for SCHOLARSHIPS! Free money is the best type of money. You can also look to the FAFSA and do work study. If not than get a part time job in college and a full time job after. Look at places in your budget where you don’t need to spend as much money as you do and put it towards student loans. Also ask for help. Sometimes a college may offer you more money if you explain that you really want to go to their school but can’t afford it. If all else fails, write an award winning novel and make money off of the movie that will be based on it.
